Ask your documents a question. Get an answer you can trust.
Hybrid search finds the right document even when the wording does not match. Chat with your results and get an answer grounded in citations, not a guess.
Most search bars find pages. They do not find answers.
A keyword box matches text, not meaning. A generic chatbot answers with confidence and no way to check its work.
The right words are not in the document
The exact match you typed is not there, so the document that actually answers your question stays buried.
Chat answers with no way to check it
Generic AI assistants make claims with nothing behind them, so you cannot tell fact from guess.
Everyone sees everything, or nobody does
Search either shows folders open to the whole company, or locks results behind permissions nobody can search past.
Every tool has its own search box
Documents live in five different systems, so no single search actually covers your whole library.
Filters do not match how you think
Broad keyword results with no way to narrow by department, clearance, or date leave you scrolling instead of finding.
Follow-up questions start from zero
Every new question means a new search, with no memory of what you already found.
One search box, three ways to work
Ask in plain language
Type a question the way you would ask a colleague. Hybrid search matches meaning, not just keywords.
See restricted documents, minus the content
A document outside your access still shows up with its title and a one-click request button, never fully hidden.
Get an answer with citations
Every response names the source document and page, with a reference panel you can check.
Narrow by department, clearance, or date
Facet filters cover document type, department, clearance level, uploader, tags, and folder.
Ask a follow-up
Keep the conversation going inside the same result set, with your access always enforced.
Search every file type
PDFs, slides, spreadsheets, and scanned documents are all indexed and searchable, images included through OCR.
From a question to a cited answer in seconds
Ask your question
Type it the way you would ask a person. No special syntax or exact phrasing required.
Hybrid search ranks the results
Keyword and semantic search run together and merge into one ranked list, filtered to what you are allowed to see.
Chat grounds every answer
Start a conversation over your results. Every claim cites the document and page it came from.
Answers you can verify, not just believe
ABAC filtered before you see it
Access attributes are checked at the search layer, not the interface, so a restricted result never leaks into your view.
Every claim cites its source
Inline citations reference the document title and page, with a reference panel below each answer.
Says so when it does not know
If your library does not have the answer, the AI says so instead of guessing.
Questions about AI Search & Chat
Does it search scanned documents and images?
Yes. OCR runs on image-based PDFs so scanned pages are searchable like any other document.
What file types are supported?
PDF, Word, PowerPoint, plain text, Markdown, Excel, CSV, and image files for OCR.
Can I see a restricted document if it matches my search?
You see its title and a short redacted preview with a request-access button. The full content stays hidden until access is granted.
Can the AI answer questions outside my search results?
No. Conversations are scoped to the documents in your result set, and restricted documents in that set are excluded from the AI’s context.
How do you stop the AI from making things up?
The system prompt requires every claim to cite a source passage, and instructs the AI to say when a question cannot be answered from the available documents.
Can I narrow results before I start a conversation?
Yes. Filter by document type, department, clearance level, date, uploader, tag, or folder before you search or chat.
