The challenge

AIQNex Lab is a Singapore-based training provider and research hub running courses, workshops, and events in quantum computing and AI for professionals and students across Asia. Creating and updating technical learning content was slow, converting subject matter into structured study material and course schedules took significant manual time and effort every time a course needed to change.

They needed an intuitive platform that could generate high-quality, contextually relevant learning material directly from reference documents and web sources, support adaptive learning, and present it all through a clean, user-friendly interface for both administrators and learners.

“I was impressed by Agively Technologies’ flexibility to adapt to feedback and automation.”

The approach

Discovery
Mapping the content workflow
Reviewed how AIQNex built syllabi at the time, which reference documents and web sources fed each course, and where the manual conversion into structured study material was eating the most time.
AI agents
Syllabus generation from source material
Built AI agents that turn reference documents and web sources into structured, contextually relevant syllabi and course material, removing the manual drafting step from the process.
Adaptive learning
Learner-level adaptivity
Added adaptive learning logic that tracks each learner’s performance and steers them back to the topics they are weakest on, instead of a one-size-fits-all course path.
Interface
Admin and learner interface, ongoing
Delivered a clean, intuitive interface for both administrators building courses and learners working through them, with the engagement continuing since February 2026 as new courses come online.

The outcome

What changed for AIQNex

80% less
time and effort to build technical training programs
Adaptive
learning paths built around each learner’s weak spots
Higher quality
courses and stronger learner outcomes

Course creators no longer start from a blank page. Reference documents and web sources go in, a structured syllabus comes out, and adaptive learning keeps steering each learner back to the topics they need most. The engagement that started in February 2026 is still ongoing as new courses come online.

“I was impressed by Agively Technologies’ flexibility to adapt to feedback and automation.”
